What are values?
Values are activities, behaviours, beliefs, qualities or goals that are important to you. They effect your choices and satisfaction with the outcomes of these choices.
Values are the energy that sit behind your goals. So, if you aim for the wrong goals you will lack the drive and motivation to achieve them.
If you are not having your values met you will be left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.

Values change: Your values will change because what is important in your life will influence your choice. What was important to me in my 20’s changed in my 30’s and again when I had a family.
