Lucy Tulloch is an executive and team coach, facilitator, coach mentor, and coach supervisor. She works with senior leaders, teams, and talent navigating complexity, change, and high-stakes responsibility.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in specialist travel and tour operations, Lucy brings a rare combination of commercial insight, psychological depth, and a grounded, human approach. Alongside her private practice, Lucy is Global Head of Faculty & Coach Education at the Academy of Executive Coaching, where she leads global standards for coach development and champions excellence across the profession. Her own coaching is informed by psychological insight and systems thinking, with a particular focus on leadership under pressure, team dynamics, organisational change, and relational complexity.
