A “SWOT” is commonly used to take stock of where a business is and how it could improve.
The great news is that you can use it to take stock of where You are at too! This can help you prepare for an interview, annual appraisal, or as a part of your career development.
This exercise is not about being modest or overly self-critical. For maximum impact, answer the questions honestly – and remember to think about it from both your perspective and those around you.

It helps you to prioritise what is potentially sitting on your to-do list that needs to come off i.e. It is neither important nor urgent, and where to start.
