Team Discovery

Using the psychometric profiles for the team we will explore what team identify as the outcomes for the team. This will include where the team are now and where they want to be. We will use the results of the assessment to raise self-awareness within the team, increase understanding of each other, change focus and provide feedback.

Tools and techniques will be introduced to increase insights.
