Psychometric Profiling Tilt365

Profiling in Coaching

Profiling is great talking point! Teams enjoy noticing similarities between themselves and peers. In coaching sessions, we explore the differences too because this is powerful and useful information to know as a team.

We focus on what you do naturally, that comes easily to you, so you can do more of the good stuff! Clients tell me how much fun it is to work with this tool which is why it is great for Away-Day meetings as a team.

Prior to 1:1 coaching or team coaching you will take the True Tilt Personality strength finder assessment to find your strengths, and blind spots and optimise them by finding the right balance.

Lucy will provide teams with a report showing how all the individual reports dictate your overall team climate. This is always a revelation for the team!

You can view your individual and team strengths assessment report online. This comprehensive report includes information on:

  • Your character strengths
  • What drives and inspires you and what doesn’t!
  • Where you prefer to focus your attention – big picture or detail for example!
  • What it is that really motivates you at work
  • Your leadership style
  • Your learning style
  • How You Show Up – on a great day and under stress
  • Your decision making style
  • The type of environments that work best for you
  • The value you offer the team
  • What the team needs to know about you!

Use your TTP report to:

  • inform how your team grows, evolves and performs
  • prioritise personal development
  • identify areas for recruitment
  • understand challenges you are facing and the solutions required to overcome them

This information provides a foundation for ongoing growth by incorporating it into personal development plans, KPis, performance reviews, fast tracking promotion and so much more.

If you understand yourself at your best and how you behave under stress and pressure you can start to influence how you show up and how to get the best out of yourself and others.

The Power of Profiling

What is a psychometric profile?

Psychometric tests are a scientific method used to measure individuals’ capabilities and behavioural style. They provide a huge amount of personal insight and raise self-awareness.

Why use psychometric profiling?

It has never been more important for individuals and teams to be able to adapt to change. Leaders and teams need to pivot to the changing business environment with confidence. This is achieved by having a far better understanding of what our individual team strengths are and also what happens when under stress.

The data produced in your profile provides an opportunity for discussion. I love to listen to my clients as they tell me what they now understand about themselves. It is also interesting to explore areas that have come as a surprise!

How Can It Help Me?

If you are making career decisions it is helpful to know how to play to your strengths to increase your chances of success. It provides useful data to explore environments where you can thrive and where your development opportunities are too.

How Can it Help My Team?

This quick personality and strengths assessment tool provides an opportunity to fast-track individual and team development. It will provide you with the insight and understanding needed to create a culture where top talent love to work, drama doesn’t exist, and big personalities and quieter personalities understand each other for greater cohesion.

Using the team overview tool you will be able to understand why progress can get stuck. And, what the team needs to do more or less in order to move forward to get the results they need.

No one can hide behind a “type” that keeps them stuck. Instead, we use profiling to identify development opportunities.

The areas for growth can form the basis of discussions in review meetings, personal development plans, and more.
