Prevention Better Than A Cure!

Many clients start their coaching journey when their “emotional cup” is about to or has overflowed. They have had enough, they are at their Witts end, they are frustrated and unhappy. I get it. I have been there myself. You think you have got it all under control and then, seemingly, out of nowhere you hit overwhelm.


When you are in this situation your ability to find answers, know what to do for the best, trust your decisions, and cope are completely compromised.

There is no right or wrong time to start working with a coach. We are here to support you to develop strategies to manage your situation and then start the process of moving you towards positive change.

No one wants to feel stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed so my first top tips for 2022 is:

1) Start journaling as a way of tracking what is going on for you. This doesn’t have to be in the form of a diary instead it could be a scale that you can chart how you are feeling 1- Low and 10 – High. What do you notice? Where are the patterns?

2) Use the wheel of anything to help you focus and prioritise what might be having an impact on your mental health and wellbeing. An example can be found on my website – https://lnkd.in/d-bqbyQ

3) Ask for help. Let your colleagues, family, friends know when you could do with some additional support.
